Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we know that it doesn’t always work out. Damage sometimes happens in shipping. If you receive an item that is defective, please email live@adoreyourwardrobe.com immediately and we’ll get you a refund or send a replacement. One of the tenants in Adore Your Wardrobe is to only spend money on items you LOVE. And, I recognize some things look good on the video, but don’t translate as well when you get them to your wardrobe. No problem, just send them back.

If you need to make a return, please either email live@adoreyourwardrobe.com or fill out the return form inside of your package and mail the package back.  Click here for a printable return form Return Form

All returns need to be made within 14 days from the shipping date so that we can offer that item to someone else who has it on their waitlist.

All items must be in new, resalable condition.  Sorry, no returns on used or opened cosmetics or personal care products.

Refunds for store credit

When you return an item, you can choose to receive your refund as store credit. There is no restock fee when you choose store credit. Store credit never expires and can be used for anything in the webstore or on the app.

Refunds to your credit card

Refunds to credit card will be charged a restock fee of $2.99 per item returned. While I hate to do this, offering free shipping, unlimited returns, and competitive pricing is not sustainable for this small business. I pay fees on each purchase and each credit card transaction and do not receive those fees back when items are returned or refunded. Those fees eat into the already thin margins. The restock fee makes it possible for me to continue to bring you all the great stuff I find at market.

The restock fee is $2.99 per item if an item is purchased, even if it hasn’t shipped.

If you haven’t checked out yet the fee does not apply, go to your account and delete the item. You can find your account at https://adoreyourwardrobeboutique.com/account On the app, click the person icon at the bottom of the page. On the webstore, click the person icon at the top right corner of the page.

If you have already checked out, email us at live@adoreyourwardrobe.com and we can return the item and issue you a refund. Unfortunately, we pay fees on each transaction, even on returns. For credit card refunds, the restock fee of $2.99 per item applies if an item is purchased, even if it hasn’t shipped. There is NO restock fee on returns if you choose to have store credit.
